On setting up a State Commission for perpetuation of the memory of Heydar Aliyev Alirza
Taking into account invaluable contributions in the history of Azerbaijan of the nationwide leader of our people, the founder of the Azerbaijan state Heydar Aliyev Alirza and appeals of Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan, citizens of the country and the international structures, I hereby decree:
1. To set up a State Commission to perpetuate the memory of Heydar Aliyev Alirza.

2. Administration Office of the President of Azerbaijan Republic, having considered all appeals connected with perpetuation of the memory of Heydar Aliyev Alirza will summarize and submit them to the State Commission within a month.
