Dear Mr. President, dear brother,
It was with great sadness that I learned of the loss of lives as a result of a fire on oil platform No10 in the Gunashli field in the Caspian Sea.
On behalf of the Turkish people and on my own behalf, I wish that Allah would rest the souls of the dead in peace and grant recovery to the injured. I extend my deep condolences to Your Excellency, bereaved families and the fraternal people of Azerbaijan.
As always, Turkey stands in solidarity with the government and people of Azerbaijan at this difficult time, and is ready to give any help.
Taking this opportunity, I wish Your Excellency and the people of Azerbaijan peace and prosperity.
