In order to ensure increase of state support of entrepreneurship development, periodical analysis of the urgent problems in this sphere and the implementation of adequate measures, I hereby resolve:

1. To establish the Entrepreneurs' Council under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

2. To define that, the chief task of the Entrepreneurs' Council is to submit its proposals on the development of entrepreneurship in the Azerbaijan Republic and on the directions of state support of this sector to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

3. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall submit the draft Regulations on the Entrepreneurs' Council and the proposals on its members to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan within one month.

4. This Decree comes into force from the date of its signing
