“Dənizə çıxışı olmayan inkişaf etməkdə olan ölkələr üçün Beynəlxalq Beyin Mərkəzinin yaradılması üzrə” Çoxtərəfli Sazişə qoşulmaq haqqında

Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 95-ci maddəsinin I hissəsinin 4-cü bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alır:
Azərbaycan Respublikası 2010-cu il 24 sentyabr tarixində Nyu-York şəhərində imzalanmış “Dənizə çıxışı olmayan inkişaf etməkdə olan ölkələr üçün Beynəlxalq Beyin Mərkəzinin yaradılması üzrə” Çoxtərəfli Sazişə Azərbaycan Respublikasının müvafiq bəyanatı ilə (bəyanatın mətni əlavə olunur) qoşulsun.
