E.X.Vəliyevin Ukraynanın Çerkassı, Kirovoqrad, Poltava və Vinnitsa vilayətlərini əhatə etməklə Poltava şəhərində Azərbaycan Respublikasının fəxri konsulu təyin edilməsi haqqında
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Sərəncamı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
1. Elşən Xanlar oğlu Vəliyev Ukraynanın Çerkassı, Kirovoqrad, Poltava və Vinnitsa vilayətlərini əhatə etməklə Poltava şəhərində Azərbaycan Respublikasının fəxri konsulu təyin edilsin.
2. Azərbaycan Respublikasının Xarici İşlər Nazirliyi bu Sərəncamdan irəli gələn məsələləri həll etsin.
