“İdxal-ixrac əməliyyatlarına nəzarət sisteminin təkmilləşdirilməsinə dair Tədbirlər Planı”nın təsdiq edilməsi haqqında
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Sərəncamı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq, “Ölkədə idxal-ixrac əməliyyatlarına nəzarət sisteminin təkmilləşdirilməsi ilə bağlı tədbirlər haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 2018-ci il 20 aprel tarixli 6 nömrəli Sərəncamına uyğun olaraq qərara alıram:
1. “İdxal-ixrac əməliyyatlarına nəzarət sisteminin təkmilləşdirilməsinə dair Tədbirlər Planı” təsdiq edilsin (əlavə olunur).
2. Azərbaycan Respublikasının Nazirlər Kabineti:
2.1. bu Sərəncamın 1-ci hissəsi ilə təsdiq edilmiş Tədbirlər Planının icrasının aidiyyəti dövlət orqanları ilə əlaqələndirilməsini təmin etsin və görülmüş işlər barədə rübdə bir dəfə, hər rübdən sonrakı ayın 25-dək Azərbaycan Respublikasının Prezidentinə məlumat versin;
2.2. bu Sərəncamdan irəli gələn digər məsələləri həll etsin.
