Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Fərmanı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq, “Azərbaycan Respublikasında gənclər siyasəti sahəsində idarəetmənin təkmilləşdirilməsi ilə bağlı tədbirlər haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 2018-ci il 7 mart tarixli 1871 nömrəli Fərmanına uyğun olaraq qərara alıram:
“Azərbaycan Respublikasının Prezidenti yanında Gənclər Fondunun yaradılması haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 2011-ci il 19 dekabr tarixli 542 nömrəli Fərmanının (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2011, № 12, maddə 1118; 2012, № 12, maddə 1275; 2013, № 2, maddə 120) 2-ci və 3-cü hissələri ləğv edilsin.
