Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Sərəncamı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
Azərbaycan musiqi mədəniyyətinin inkişafında böyük xidmətlərinə görə Yusif Vilayət oğlu Eyvazova “Xalq artisti” fəxri adı verilsin.
