Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 23-cü bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
Azərbaycan Respublikasında müasir ədəbiyyatşünaslığın və ədəbi tənqidin inkişafı sahəsində səmərəli fəaliyyətinə görə Elçin İlyas oğlu Əfəndiyev “Şöhrət” ordeni ilə təltif edilsin.
