Azərbaycan Dövlət İnformasiya Agentliyi (AZƏRTAC) ilə Türkmənistan Dövlət İnformasiya Agentliyi (TDX) arasında informasiya mübadiləsi haqqında Sazişin təsdiq edilməsi barədə
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Fərmanı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 17-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
1. Azərbaycan Dövlət İnformasiya Agentliyi (AZƏRTAC) ilə Türkmənistan Dövlət İnformasiya Agentliyi (TDX) arasında informasiya mübadiləsi haqqında 2015-ci il fevralın 28-də Bakı şəhərində imzalanmış Saziş təsdiq edilsin.
2. Bu Fərmanın 1-ci hissəsində göstərilən Saziş qüvvəyə mindikdən sonra Azərbaycan Dövlət İnformasiya Agentliyi (AZƏRTAC) onun müddəalarının həyata keçirilməsini təmin etsin.
3. Azərbaycan Respublikasının Xarici İşlər Nazirliyi Sazişin qüvvəyə minməsi üçün zəruri olan dövlətdaxili prosedurların yerinə yetirildiyi barədə Türkmənistan tərəfinə bildiriş göndərsin.
