Gəncə Dövlət Tarix-Mədəniyyət Qoruğu ərazisindəki “İmamzadə” kompleksində abadlıq-quruculuq işlərinin aparılması haqqında
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Sərəncamı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
1. Gəncə Dövlət Tarix-Mədəniyyət Qoruğu ərazisindəki “İmamzadə” kompleksinin bərpasının tamamlanması ilə əlaqədar abadlıq-quruculuq işlərinin aparılması üçün Azərbaycan Respublikasının 2014-cü il dövlət büdcəsində nəzərdə tutulmuş Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin ehtiyat fondundan Gəncə Şəhər İcra Hakimiyyətinə 3,0 (üç) milyon manat ayrılsın.
2. Azərbaycan Respublikasının Maliyyə Nazirliyi bu Sərəncamın 1-ci hissəsində nəzərdə tutulan məbləğdə maliyyələşməni müəyyən olunmuş qaydada təmin etsin.
3. Azərbaycan Respublikasının Nazirlər Kabineti bu Sərəncamdan irəli gələn məsələləri həll etsin.
