Q.V.Əliyevin Naxçıvan Muxtar Respublikası Ali Məhkəməsinin hakimi təyin edilməsi haqqında
Azərbaycan Respublikası Milli Məclisinin QƏRARI
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 95-ci maddəsinin I hissəsinin 10-cu bəndinə, 132-ci maddəsinin II hissəsinə, “Məhkəmələr və hakimlər haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Qanununun 94-cü maddəsinin ikinci hissəsinə, 96-cı maddəsinə və 97-ci maddəsinin II hissəsinə uyğun olaraq, Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin təqdimatına əsasən Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi qərara alır:
1. Naxçıvan Muxtar Respublikası Hərbi Məhkəməsinin hakimi Qasım Vəli oğlu Əliyev vəzifəsi dəyişdirilərək Naxçıvan Muxtar Respublikası Ali Məhkəməsinin hakimi təyin edilsin.
2. Bu Qərar imzalandığı gündən qüvvəyə minir.
