Xızı rayonunun Giləzi–Xızı (34 km)–Fındığan avtomobil yolunun tikintisi ilə bağlı tədbirlər haqqında
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Sərəncamı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
1. Giləzi–Xızı (34 km)–Fındığan avtomobil yolunun tikintisi məqsədi ilə Azərbaycan Respublikasının 2018-ci il dövlət büdcəsinin dövlət əsaslı vəsait qoyuluşu xərclərinin bölgüsündə avtomobil yollarının tikintisi və yenidən qurulması üçün nəzərdə tutulmuş vəsaitin 2,0 (iki) milyon manatı Azərbaycan Avtomobil Yolları Dövlət Agentliyinə ayrılsın.
2. Azərbaycan Respublikasının Maliyyə Nazirliyi bu Sərəncamın 1-ci hissəsində göstərilən məbləğdə maliyyələşməni təmin etsin.
3. Azərbaycan Respublikasının Nazirlər Kabineti bu Sərəncamdan irəli gələn məsələləri həll etsin.
