Növbədənkənar Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidenti seçkilərinin təyin olunması barədə
Azərbaycan Respublikası Mərkəzi Seçki Komissiyasının QƏRARI
Azərbaycan Respublikası Seçki Məcəlləsinin 179.2-ci maddəsini rəhbər tutaraq, “Növbədənkənar Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidenti seçkilərinin elan edilməsi haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 2018-ci il 5 fevral tarixli Sərəncamının 2-ci hissəsinə uyğun olaraq Azərbaycan Respublikasının Mərkəzi Seçki Komissiyası Azərbaycan Respublikası Seçki Məcəlləsinin 8-ci, 19.4-cü, 19.14-cü, 28.2-ci, 28.4-cü maddələrinə əsasən qərara alır:
1. Növbədənkənar Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidenti seçkiləri 2018-ci il aprelin 11-nə təyin edilsin.
2. Qərar dərc edildiyi gündən qüvvəyə minir.
