Beynəlxalq Bərpa Olunan Enerji Agentliyinin Nizamnaməsinin təsdiq edilməsi barədə
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunu
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 95-ci maddəsinin I hissəsinin 4-cü bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alır:
Beynəlxalq Bərpa Olunan Enerji Agentliyinin 2009-cu il yanvarın 26-da Bonn şəhərində imzalanmış Nizamnaməsi Azərbaycan Respublikasının ona dair bəyanatı ilə təsdiq edilsin.
