Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
Sumqayıt şəhərinin sosial-iqtisadi və mədəni inkişafında xidmətləri olan şəxslərə aşağıdakı fəxri adlar verilsin:
