Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Fərmanı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 2012-ci il 13 fevral tarixli 593 nömrəli Fərmanı (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2012, № 2, maddə 82; 2015, № 2, maddə 138, № 7, maddə 831, № 11, maddə 1320; 2016, № 6, maddə 1034, № 10, maddə 1612) ilə təsdiq edilmiş “Azərbaycan Respublikasının Səfərbərlik və Hərbi Xidmətə Çağırış üzrə Dövlət Xidməti haqqında Əsasnamə”nin 5.6.12-ci yarımbəndinə “işə qəbul edir,” sözlərindən sonra “onları işdən azad edir,” sözləri əlavə edilsin.
