Azərbaycan Respublikası ilə Vyetnam Sosialist Respublikası arasında dostluq və əməkdaşlıq əlaqələrinin inkişafında xidmətlərinə görə Nguyen Vu Ha Le “Tərəqqi” medalı ilə təltif edilsin.
