В Азербайджане зарегистрировано второе объединение собственников жилья
Министерство экономики и промышленности Азербайджана сообщило о том, что государственную регистрацию прошло второе объединение собственников жилья (ОСЖ или МММС).
Как сказано в сообщении ведомства, в рамках исполнения Жилищного кодекса очередное МММС под названием «Ясамал-2» зарегистрировано по адресу: Ясамальский район, улица Нахичевани, 14.
«Это новое 16-этажное здание из 102 квартир», – сказано в сообщении.
Первое МММС было зарегистрировано в январе под названием «Бинагади-1». В него вошли владельцы трёх зданий по адресам: улица С.Ахундова, 4, И.Дадашева, 90 и И.Дадашева, 91A в Бинагадинском районе Баку.
