A.V.Lapşinin əfv edilməsi haqqında
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Sərəncamı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 22-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
I. 1976-cı ildə anadan olmuş, Bakı Ağır Cinayətlər Məhkəməsinin 2017-ci il 20 iyul tarixli hökmü ilə azadlıqdan məhrum etmə cəzasına məhkum edilmiş İsrail Dövlətinin vətəndaşı Lapşin Aleksandr Valeryeviç cəza çəkməkdən azad edilsin.
II. Bu Sərəncam imzalandığı gündən qüvvəyə minir.
