Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Fərmanı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq, “Elm haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının 2016-cı il 14 iyun tarixli 271-VQ nömrəli Qanununun tətbiqi ilə əlaqədar qərara alıram:
“Azərbaycan Milli Elmlər Akademiyasının statusu haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 2003-cü il 4 yanvar tarixli 836 nömrəli Fərmanı (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2003, № 1, maddə 28) ləğv edilsin.
