“Cinayət prosesində iştirak edən şəxslərin dövlət müdafiəsi haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununda dəyişiklik edilməsi barədə
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunu
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 94-cü maddəsinin I hissəsinin 15-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq, “Nağdsız hesablaşmalar haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının 2016-cı il 16 dekabr tarixli 461-VQ nömrəli Qanununun tətbiqi ilə əlaqədar qərara alır:
“Cinayət prosesində iştirak edən şəxslərin dövlət müdafiəsi haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununun (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 1999, № 2, maddə 56; 2002, № 6, maddə 328; 2004, № 3, maddə 133; 2008, № 6, maddə 462, № 7, maddə 602) 22-ci maddəsinə aşağıdakı məzmunda üçüncü hissə əlavə edilsin:
“Bu maddədə nəzərdə tutulan ödənişlər yalnız nağdsız qaydada həyata keçirilir.”.
