“Nağdsız hesablaşmalar haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununda dəyişikliklər edilməsi barədə
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunu
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 94-cü maddəsinin I hissəsinin 15-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alır:
“Nağdsız hesablaşmalar haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununda (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2016, № 12, maddə 2053) aşağıdakı dəyişikliklər edilsin:
1. 3.4.2-ci maddədə “sığorta” sözü “sığortalar” sözü ilə əvəz edilsin.
2. Aşağıdakı məzmunda 3.6-cı maddə əlavə edilsin:
“3.6. Bu Qanunun 3.4.4-cü maddəsində nəzərdə tutulmuş hesablaşmalar əməliyyat-axtarış, kəşfiyyat və əks-kəşfiyyat fəaliyyətinin subyektlərinə şamil edilmir.”.
