Страховые брокеры должны страховать свою профессиональную ответственность на сумму до 1 млн. манатов
Утверждён и вступил в силу размер страхования профессиональной ответственности страхового брокера в Азербайджане.
Данное требование утвердил министр финансов Самир Шарифов своим приказом №Q-08 «Об урегулировании различных вопросов страховой деятельности», который вступил в силу с 8 апреля.
Теперь страховой брокер, выступающий как физическое лицо, должен страховать свою профессиональную ответственность на сумму 0,2 млн. манатов. Для брокеров, фигурирующих в качестве юридических лиц, страхование ответственности составляет 1 млн. манатов.
