“Azərbaycan Respublikası Dövlət Sərhəd Xidmətinin hərbi qulluqçularının və işçilərinin ümumi say tərkibi”nin təsdiq edilməsi haqqında
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Fərmanı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
1. “Azərbaycan Respublikası Dövlət Sərhəd Xidmətinin hərbi qulluqçularının və işçilərinin ümumi say tərkibi” təsdiq edilsin.
2. “Azərbaycan Respublikası Dövlət Sərhəd Xidmətinin hərbi qulluqçularının və işçilərinin ümumi say tərkibi”nin təsdiq edilməsi haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 2013-cü il 26 dekabr tarixli 60 nömrəli Fərmanının 1-ci hissəsi ləğv edilsin.
3. Azərbaycan Respublikasının Nazirlər Kabineti bu Fərmandan irəli gələn məsələləri həll etsin.
