“Azərbaycan Respublikasının Dövlət Sərhəd Xidmətində ali hərbi rütbəli vəzifələrin Siyahısı”nın təsdiq edilməsi haqqında
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Sərəncamı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
1. “Azərbaycan Respublikasının Dövlət Sərhəd Xidmətində ali hərbi rütbəli vəzifələrin Siyahısı” təsdiq edilsin.
2. “Azərbaycan Respublikasının Dövlət Sərhəd Xidmətində ali hərbi rütbəli vəzifələrin Siyahısi”nın təsdiq edilməsi haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 2015-ci il 17 avqust tarixli 1356 nömrəli Sərəncamının 1-ci hissəsi ləğv edilsin.
