Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Fərmanı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq, “Nağdsız hesablaşmalar haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının 2016-cı il 16 dekabr tarixli 461-VQ nömrəli Qanununun tətbiqi ilə əlaqədar qərara alıram:
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 2001-ci il 29 mart tarixli 454 nömrəli Fərmanı (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2001, № 3, maddə 162; 2005, № 9, maddə 797; 2006, № 5, maddə 400; 2007, № 4, maddə 323, № 12, maddə 1246; 2008, № 11, maddə 972; 2009, № 10, maddə 780, № 12, maddə 983; 2011, № 2, maddə 85; 2013, № 2, maddə 111, № 7, maddə 806; 2016, № 6, maddə 1038; 2017, № 2, maddə 183) ilə təsdiq edilmiş “Azərbaycan Respublikasının Vergilər Nazirliyi haqqında Əsasnamə”nin 11.11-ci bəndindən “nağd və ya” sözləri çıxarılsın.
