“Cəbhəboyu zonada yerləşən yaşayış məntəqələrində gücləndirilmiş təhlükəsizlik rejiminin təmin edilməsi Qaydaları”nın təsdiq edilməsi haqqında
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Fərmanı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq, cəbhəboyu zonada yerləşən yaşayış məntəqələrində təhlükəsizlik tədbirlərini gücləndirmək məqsədi ilə qərara alıram:
1. “Cəbhəboyu zonada yerləşən yaşayış məntəqələrində gücləndirilmiş təhlükəsizlik rejiminin təmin edilməsi Qaydaları” təsdiq edilsin.
2. Azərbaycan Respublikasının Nazirlər Kabineti bu Fərmandan irəli gələn məsələləri həll etsin.
