“Azərbaycan Respublikası Dövlət Neft Fondunun 2017-ci il büdcəsi haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 2017-ci il 10 yanvar tarixli 1186 nömrəli Fərmanında dəyişiklik edilməsi barədə
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Fərmanı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
“Azərbaycan Respublikası Dövlət Neft Fondunun 2017-ci il büdcəsi haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 2017-ci il 10 yanvar tarixli 1186 nömrəli Fərmanına (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2017, № 1, maddə 33) aşağıdakı məzmunda 3-1-ci bənd əlavə edilsin:
“3-1. “2017-ci ildə Azərbaycan Respublikası Dövlət Neft Fondunun vəsaitindən istifadənin əsas istiqamətləri (proqramı) və investisiya siyasəti” təsdiq edilsin.”.
