Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
Azərbaycanda xalçaçılıq sənətinin inkişafında səmərəli fəaliyyətlərinə görə aşağıdakı şəxslərə “Əməkdar mədəniyyət işçisi” fəxri adı verilsin:
