Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
Azərbaycan Respublikasında tikinti kompleksinin inkişafında xidmətlərinə görə aşağıdakı şəxslərə “Əməkdar mühəndis” fəxri adı verilsin:
