Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 23-cü bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
Naxçıvan Muxtar Respublikasının sosial və iqtisadi inkişafında xidmətləri olan aşağıdakı şəxslər Naxçıvan Muxtar Respublikasının 90 illiyi münasibətilə “Tərəqqi” medalı ilə təltif edilsinlər:
