“Reklam haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununda dəyişiklik edilməsi barədə
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunu
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 94-cü maddəsinin I hissəsinin 12-ci və 26-cı bəndlərini rəhbər tutaraq, “Lotereyalar haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununda dəyişikliklər edilməsi barədə” Azərbaycan Respublikasının 2016-cı il 4 mart tarixli 156-VQD nömrəli Qanununun tətbiqi ilə əlaqədar qərara alır:
“Reklam haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Qanununun (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2015, № 7, maddə 812) 32.1-ci maddəsinin birinci cümləsinə “müəyyən edilmiş” sözlərindən əvvəl “maliyyə bazarlarına nəzarət orqanı tərəfindən” sözləri əlavə edilsin.
