Azərbaycan Respublikasının İnzibati Xətalar Məcəlləsində dəyişikliklər edilməsi haqqında
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunu
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 94-cü maddəsinin I hissəsinin 17-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alır:
Azərbaycan Respublikası İnzibati Xətalar Məcəlləsinin (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2016, № 2, I kitab, maddə 202, № 3, maddələr 397, 403, 429, № 4, maddələr 631, 647, 654, № 5, maddələr 835, 846, № 6, maddələr 997, 1010, № 7, maddələr 1247, 1249) aşağıdakı dəyişikliklər edilsin:
1. 319.1-ci maddədə “biletsiz” sözü “müvafiq qaydada ödəniş etmədən” sözləri ilə əvəz edilsin.
2. 320.1-ci maddədə “sərnişinin biletsiz” sözləri “müvafiq qaydada ödəniş edilmədən sərnişinin” sözləri ilə əvəz edilsin.
