“Aviasiya haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununda dəyişikliklər edilməsi barədə
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunu
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 94-cü maddəsinin I hissəsinin 23-cü bəndini rəhbər tutaraq, qərara alır:
“Aviasiya haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununun (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2005, № 8, maddə 689; 2007, № 12, maddə 1218; 2009, № 12, maddə 948; 2011, № 3, maddə 169; 2015, № 1, maddə 10, № 2, maddə 95) 6-1.1.14-cü və 6-1.1.15-ci maddələri ləğv edilsin.
