Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
“Azərbaycan Respublikasında kiçik sahibkarlığın inkişafının sürətləndirilməsi sahəsində təxirəsalınmaz tədbirlər haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 1993-cü il 20 iyun tarixli 647 nömrəli Fərmanı (Azərbaycan Respublikası Ali Sovetinin Məlumatı, 1993, № 12, maddə 364; Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2010, № 2, maddə 80) ləğv edilsin.
