Azərbaycan Respublikasının Miqrasiya Məcəlləsində dəyişiklik edilməsi haqqında
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunu
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 94-cü maddəsinin I hissəsinin 21-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alır:
Azərbaycan Respublikası Miqrasiya Məcəlləsinin (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2013, № 7, maddə 797; 2014, № 11, maddələr 1351, 1357, № 12, maddə 1539; 2015, № 3, maddə 259, № 6, maddə 689, № 12, maddə 1436; 2016, № 2 (II kitab), maddə 214; Azərbaycan Respublikasının 2016-cı il 6 may tarixli 223-VQD nömrəli Qanunu) 17.1.7-ci maddəsindən “qanuni qüvvəyə minmiş” sözləri çıxarılsın.
