Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 23-cü bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
Miqrasiya orqanlarında qulluqda fərqləndiklərinə və səmərəli fəaliyyət göstərdiklərinə görə Azərbaycan Respublikası Dövlət Miqrasiya Xidmətinin aşağıdakı əməkdaşları “Miqrasiya orqanlarında qulluqda fərqlənməyə görə” medalı ilə təltif edilsinlər:
