Tərtər Hərbi Məhkəməsinin hakimi E.H.Allahverdiyevin iş yerinin dəyişdirilməsi haqqında
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Sərəncamı
Məhkəmə-Hüquq Şurasının təklifini nəzərə alaraq, Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 9-cu və 32-ci bəndlərini və “Məhkəmələr və hakimlər haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Qanununun 94-cü maddəsini və 97-ci maddəsinin ikinci hissəsini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
Elbəy Hidayət oğlu Allahverdiyev Tərtər Hərbi Məhkəməsinin hakimi vəzifəsindən azad edilərək Bakı Hərbi Məhkəməsinin hakimi təyin edilsin.
