Naxçıvan Muxtar Respublikasında “Arpaçay-2” Su Elektrik Stansiyasının tikintisinin maliyyələşdirilməsi haqqında
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Sərəncamı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
1. “Arpaçay-2” Su Elektrik Stansiyasının tikintisini başa çatdırmaq məqsədi ilə Azərbaycan Respublikasının 2014-cü il dövlət büdcəsində nəzərdə tutulmuş Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin ehtiyat fondundan Naxçıvan Muxtar Respublikasının Nazirlər Kabinetinə 4,0 (dörd) milyon manat ayrılsın.
2. Azərbaycan Respublikasının Maliyyə Nazirliyi bu Sərəncamın 1-ci hissəsində nəzərdə tutulan məbləğdə maliyyələşməni müəyyən olunmuş qaydada təmin etsin.
