В Азербайджане утверждены новые правила градостроительства
Госкомитет по градостроительству и архитектуре Азербайджана утвердил ряд правил в связи с вступлением в силу Градостроительного и строительного кодекса.
Как сказано в сообщении госкомитета, правила утверждены с целью исполнения требований закона.
«Комитет утвердил правила проведения мониторинга предмета общего и генерального плана, правила согласования документов планирования соседних территориальных единиц, правила разработки проекта технологических построек и список строительных объектов, требующих согласования, детальные правила зонирования территорий, вида и масштаба построек», – сказано в сообщении.
