Güclü təsir edən maddələr və onların külli miqdarının, habelə zəhərli maddələrin siyahılarının təsdiq edilməsi haqqında
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunu
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 94-cü maddəsinin I hissəsinin 17-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq, Azərbaycan Respublikasının Cinayət Məcəlləsində göstərilən, narkotik vasitələrə və ya psixotrop maddələrə aid olmayan güclü təsir edən maddələr və onların külli miqdarının, habelə zəhərli maddələrin müəyyən edilməsi məqsədi ilə qərara alır:
1. “Güclü təsir edən maddələr və onların külli miqdarının Siyahısı” təsdiq edilsin (1 nömrəli əlavə).
2. “Zəhərli maddələrin Siyahısı” təsdiq edilsin (2 nömrəli əlavə).
