Bakı şəhəri Sabunçu rayonunun Maştağa-Bilgəh avtomobil yolunun tikintisi ilə bağlı tədbirlər haqqında
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Sərəncamı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
1. Altmış üç min nəfər əhalinin yaşadığı 3 yaşayış məntəqəsini birləşdirən Maştağa-Bilgəh avtomobil yolunun tikintisi məqsədi ilə Azərbaycan Respublikasının 2016-cı il dövlət büdcəsində “Avtomobil Yolları” Məqsədli Büdcə Fondunda nəzərdə tutulmuş vəsaitdən 2,5 milyon (iki milyon beş yüz min) manat ayrılsın.
2. Azərbaycan Respublikasının Maliyyə Nazirliyi və “Azəryolservis” Açıq Səhmdar Cəmiyyəti bu Sərəncamın 1-ci hissəsində nəzərdə tutulan məbləğdə maliyyələşməni və tikinti işlərini müəyyən olunmuş qaydada təmin etsinlər.
