Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
“Azərbaycan Respublikasının Prezidenti yanında Əfv Məsələləri Komissiyası haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 2001-ci il 19 iyun tarixli 508 nömrəli Fərmanının (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2001, № 6, maddə 406; 2004, № 7, maddə 532; 2015, № 11, maddə 1301) 1-ci hissəsi ləğv edilsin.
