Azərbaycan Respublikasının Miqrasiya Məcəlləsində dəyişiklik edilməsi haqqında
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunu
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 94-cü maddəsinin I hissəsinin 21-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alır:
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Miqrasiya Məcəlləsinin (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2013, № 7, maddə 797; 2014, № 11, maddələr 1351, 1357, № 12, maddə 1539; 2015, № 3, maddə 259, № 6, maddə 689; Azərbaycan Respublikasının 2015-ci il 20 oktyabr tarixli 1387-IVQD nömrəli Qanunu) 38.3-cü maddəsinin ikinci cümləsində “10 gün” sözləri “5 iş günü” sözləri ilə əvəz edilsin.
