Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
Azərbaycan Respublikasında gənclər siyasətinin həyata keçirilməsində səmərəli fəaliyyətlərinə görə aşağıdakı şəxslər “Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin fəxri diplomu” ilə təltif edilsinlər:
