“Bələdiyyələrin su təsərrüfatı haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununda dəyişiklik edilməsi barədə
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunu
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 94-cü maddəsinin I hissəsinin 7-ci və 11-ci bəndlərini rəhbər tutaraq, “Azərbaycan Respublikasının Su Məcəlləsində dəyişikliklər edilməsi haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının 2015-ci il 6 mart tarixli 1220-IVQD nömrəli Qanununun tətbiqi ilə əlaqədar qərara alır:
“Bələdiyyələrin su təsərrüfatı haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Qanununun (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2001, № 8, maddə 519; 2005, № 4, maddə 271; 2007, № 10, maddə 938; 2008, № 6, maddə 460) 11.3-cü maddəsində “balıq” sözü “balıq və digər su bioloji ehtiyatlarının” sözləri ilə əvəz edilsin.
