“Təbii inhisarlar haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununda dəyişiklik edilməsi barədə
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunu
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 94-cü maddəsinin I hissəsinin 26-cı bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alır:
“Təbii inhisarlar haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Qanununun (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 1999, № 3, maddə 155; 2006, № 12, maddə 1005; 2007, № 11, maddə 1053; 2008, № 6, maddə 462; 2013, № 11, maddə 1282; 2015, № 4, maddə 371) 5-ci maddəsinin 1.7-ci bəndində “hərəkət” sözü “dəniz üzgüçülüyünün” sözləri ilə əvəz edilsin.
