Məcburi köçkünlərə yemək xərci üçün verilən aylıq müavinətin artırılması haqqında
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Sərəncamı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq, məcburi köçkünlərin sosial müdafiəsini gücləndirmək məqsədilə qərara alıram:
1. “Məcburi köçkünlərə yemək xərci üçün verilən aylıq müavinətin artırılması haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 2013-cü il 22 avqust tarixli 3079 nömrəli Sərəncamının (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2010, № 9, maddə 790; 2011, № 12, maddə 1208; 2013, № 8, maddə 959) 1-ci hissəsi ilə müəyyən edilmiş aylıq müavinətin məbləği 2016-cı il fevralın 1-dən 10 faiz artırılsın.
2. Azərbaycan Respublikasının Nazirlər Kabineti bu Sərəncamdan irəli gələn məsələləri həll etsin.
