“Təhsil haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununda dəyişiklik edilməsi barədə
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunu
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 94-cü maddəsinin I hissəsinin 16-cı bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alır:
“Təhsil haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Qanununun (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2009, № 9, maddə 684; 2011, № 2, maddə 70; 2014, № 1, maddə 3) 22.5-ci maddəsində “təhsil müəssisələrində” sözlərindən sonra “və müvafiq icra hakimiyyəti orqanının müəyyən etdiyi elmi təşkilatda” sözləri əlavə edilsin.
